How do I check the details for my order?

How do I confirm my order?

Once Finance has been agreed a non refundable deposit is then required of £500 + VAT to secure the vehicle. This may be paid by Credit/Debit card or by cheque.

How long will my vehicle take?

If the vehicle is in stock, delivery is usually 7/10 Days

How do I get my new vehicle?

Once your new vehicle is ready for collection you may either:

Collect your new vehicle from our office in Warrington
Arrange to have your vehicle driven to either your home or work address for an additional cost

If you wish to have your vehicle transported this will be charged extra.

When do I have to pay for my vehicle?

The final balance is to be paid upon delivery by bankers draft or debit / credit card (credit card subject to 2.5% interest charge on balance payments) or by Telegraphic Transfer which must be prior to delivery. In all cases cleared funds must be received before delivery is taken.

For vehicles being delivered to the customer payment by cleared fund must be received prior to the vehicle leaving us.

What is your standard deposit?

Our standard deposit is £500.00. All manufacturers' options must be paid for in advance with the initial deposit. VanBrandsDirect reserve the right to increase the deposit if a non standard vehicle is ordered (i.e. unusual colours or specifications.). All deposits both standard & non standard are non refundable if you decide not to proceed with the vehcile. If the customer is using our finance company then deposits will not be taken until finance has been approved. The customer shall agree to proceed with the vehicle by payment of the said deposit.

Will my vehicle have been inspected before I receive it?

All our vehicles receive a full pre-delivery inspection and a full valet by the manufacturer before delivery.

Will I be the first owner?/ V5 Retention?

No, all our vehicles are pre-registered by our suppliers or ourselves but you will be the first person to drive the vehicle. Vehicles will have delivery mileage only. Log books may be forwarded to you in your name within 8/12 weeks depending on the Manufacturer however they can take up to 9 months with some vehicles. Customers wishing to add personal number plates to vehicles or other such items which require the V5 should note that whilst it is possible to obtain some of the Log Books for vehicles we supply within 8/12 weeks of purchase customers need to be aware that this can take longer.

Will my vehicle be an import?

No, All our vehicles are UK vehicles from UK Dealers and are therefore covered by the Manufacturers warranty.

Do you accept Part Exchange Vehicles?

No i'm sorry we do not except Part Exchange

Just contact us and we will endeavour to assist you as much as we can or put you in touch with your nearest main dealer.
